Step 02
Property Viewing:
You can view the surrounding environment, the view, the layout, and the equipment and specifications of the property.
Step 03
Application:
Once you have decided on a property, please submit the designated application form.
Step 04
Contract:
After passing the tenancy screening, you will need to prepare the necessary documents and sign the contract.
Step 05
Move-in:
The keys can be handed over immediately after the contract is completed, and can be scheduled to match your actual move-in date.
*For offices, we also support pre-move-in interior construction, so please feel free to consult with us.
